"The employees were friendly and helpful, though the hotel is below its 4 star standard. We first got a room (300) that had a very noisy air-condition system. Even though it was turned of it kept making an annoying clicking sound all night long. The next morning we got a new room (121) which was extremely hot. I mean at least 30 degrees. We asked them to take a look at it, but nothing could be done. We opened the window, but as soon as we closed it at night because of the noise of the highway, the room temperature rose to 30 degrees again. Also the location is in a industrialised unattractive neighbourhood with a highway on one side and graffiti buildings on the other side. "
