'This house has some terrific features -- five spacious bedrooms and four baths. The house is well supplied with essentials like dental items, Q-tips, foil, and lotions, Every drawer and cabinet are labeled. There is a washer and drayer. The kitchen/dining area is cozy but it works well with a circular couch. There is no stove but there is a hotplate, coffee maker, water heater, microwave and toaser. Good additions would be a broom and some dish towels. However, there are over 40 steep steps down...

'Place was not ready to rent. There were multiple problems that can be fixed and it would be fine. As it was, this was one of the worst places we've ever stayed.The bathroom sink did not drain for 5 hours. The host clearly knew about this since the drain had been dismantled. One of the two kitchen chairs was broken. There was no dish soap and the silverware was dirty. The kitchen trash had not been emptied. 'Good property parking limited didn't realize that the door to the duplex was in the. Rear, but not a problem. Once we found out, it was communicated that it was a duplex grounds in the back could have been manicured better, a lot of cracks in cement, basketball hoop was not on the ploe, there was a large gate that had to be moved to get to the rear and the washing machine dryer and ironing board was in a separate entry from my door outside. dwelling was clean. all of the basic needs available...

'Such a fun spot to stay for our family vaca to San Fran! Short drive into the city. Picked this place because it had two full bathrooms! Our kids were obsessed with the bidet toilets. There’s a fun trail to hike up and look over South San Francisco. The place is charming, clean, and tech friendly. Edmund was quick to respond with any and all questions and concerns. 10/10 would stay again! '
