'Ive been to Pensacola about a million times, but never stayed in East Hill. This location is perfect for a getaway especially if you are bringing your dog. Theres a Publix a half mile away and a dog park with a beach about a mile away up 16th. The neighborhoods are beautiful, downtown is a 4 minute drive. Pensacola Beach is only about a ten minute drive from here, and the traffic was never bad. I will stay here again if I get the opportunity. The home was well stocked with everything i needed,...

'We were very happy with our stay. I have done a few Vrbo’s and this one had so much of everything you need. Lots of little extras. It was a property with 4 units. Everyone who stayed there had dogs and all hung out in the nice big yard! Lots of chairs, fire pit and a grill! The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would stay here again! 'The place was clean enough when we walked in, but quickly noticed that there was only cold water running in the bathroom. It was hot a sticky in the bedrooms because there is no air conditioning. They only have one wall unit in the TV room with no AC units in the bedrooms. So after not getting to take a shower after a long day of travel, I sweated all night then didn’t get to take a shower before leaving.'

'I truely enjoyed our stay in this tastefully renovated historic home. It was a very comfortable space that was super clean, close to great amenities and managed well. 'My husband and I had a very nice stay at your house while exploring Pensacola. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C cooled the rooms down fast. Loved the little touches like snacks put out for guests,thank you. One recommendation is maybe a handrail and an additional step for the back entry as it’s very hard for elderly people like us to get up and down. Thank you again for a relaxing stay.'
