'The guest house was private and comfortable. It was fun having turkeys roaming the property. Hiking close by. This was my first time visiting. We will definitely return. '

'We have been visiting Seascape Resort as a family for years, and each time we stay at a different unit. This unit is by far our favorite. The decor is elegant and updated, and there is plenty of space and storage for everyone to spread out. I would suggest including some beach toys, or chairs so that guests can use those while they stay, and a few more kitchen items (large bowls, cooking dishes, seasonings), but other than that we are very happy with our stay. '

'The apartment was light, bright and clean. We liked the paint scheme and many large clean windows. The record player was fun. Super close to restaurants, shops and the ocean.We have grown accustomed to 11am checkouts at other places. The 10 am checkout surprised us because we didn't look at the checkout instructions until the morning of. So we had to scramble a little bit.'

'It was just what we needed, and more. It was very convenient for visiting our family. Although we didn’t spend much time in the room, it was very comfortable and well stocked. Check-in was easy and the wi-fi worked fine. Aptos is a lovely community. We would not hesitate to stay here again on future visits.'

'Great location: close to the Capitola village, but off the main street so it stays quiet. We took our coffee down to the beach each morning and enjoyed the sunrise over the water. Well appointed and clean, timely communication with the host. We would stay here again. '

'Beautiful property at a beautiful time of year. Cool and overcast, we enjoyed the amenities on site including hammock and hot tub. Short drive to beautiful and quiet beach parking. Only complaints are noise. Neighbor was doing construction and excavating both days of our visit. Second day of the visit, thousands of bicyclists were screaming and yelling in the street from a very early hour.'

'Property was clean, spacious, comfortable, cute, beachy and modern (not funky or grungy - very clean floors!) Very private to be up on second level. Centrally located - fun to be able to people-watch down on to main shopping street, from the comfort and privacy of living space. Convenient walk to everything. Bathrooms are updated, and especially generously-sized. Bedrooms are in back of unit, away from street. Both bedrooms could probably fit Cal King beds, but the Queen sizes were comfortable....

"Een echt Amerikaans motel, net zoals in de films. Auto voor de deur en een ijsmachine om de hoek. Het was schoon en ruim. We hadden een soort mini-keuken met een koelkast en magnetron. Dichtbij Monterey."

Carmel Mission Inn

"Prima verblijf voor 1 nacht. Restaurant is dicht op zondag en dat is echt niet fijn als je juist die dag aankomt na een lange doorreis. Zwembad en bubbelbad zijn lekker verwarmd, niet milieuvriendelijk maar wel leuk voor onze kinderen die graag wilden zwemmen. Fijn dat er handdoeken waren bij het zwembad. Ontbijt is a la carte en heeft ons goed gesmaakt. Fijne sfeer in het restaurant. Kamers zeer gehorig en met name de badkamer gedateerd. we hebben ieder toiletbezoek en douche van de buren boven en naast ons gehoord afgewisseld door de rammelende minibar op onze kamer. Kortom, niet echt uitgerust maar het was ok voor 1 nacht! "
