'This property was perfect for a multi-night stay in Monterey. My daughter graduated from CSUMB and this house was located by campus and was able to accommodate all 6 people easily. We enjoyed many meals together and the kids loved the game room set up in the garage. The house is very clean and the layout is perfect! It is much better in person than in pictures. It was only a mile to the beach. Highly recommended!'

'The property was perfect for what we needed and very clean. We were close by to Pacific Grove. The free guest passes to the Aquarium were also a huge perk! The kitchen had plenty of pots and amenities so we were able to easily make our own food.'

'A great family friendly place to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended for anyone with children that are little (we have a 3 year old and 9 month old). They even had age appropriate toys at the house which was great! We liked that the house was only a shot drive from the beach, shops and places to eat.'

'We reviewed the home before we stayed so it was exactly what we expected. As previously stated by others, bathrooms are located within 2 of the 4 rooms so prepare for that, and the upstairs master shower warm water is reverse. As long as you are aware of those two unique property facts, the stay is great. Host responds promptly with any questions as well. We enjoyed our stay.'
