'Excellent location, walking distance of shopping, aquarium, restaurants. The property is as described in listing. Parking was excellent. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress in the master bedroom. I will be back for sure.'

'This is the funnest, most beautiful place and area that I have ever stayed at. Check-in was easy, and had everything we wanted and needed. Was great in every way. We walked to Cannery Row every day. The coast is so beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. '

'Great house! Very clean. Large deck looking over the lush landscape and ocean beyond. Sunsets were quite calming. Kitchen is small compared to the rest of the house, which is grand. So if you’re looking to cook up a storm and have everyone hang out near you, this is not that design. We moved the furniture around so we made it work. Everything else is as described… met our purpose. '

'Wonderful property in an amazing location, just a few minutes from downtown Carmel, Monterrey, and within the 17 mile drive’s entry points. A Pebble Beach gem! The owner was easy to communicate with and did a few extra touches to make it a really nice stay for us. '

'Great location, view and accommodations. We were there to celebrate a milestone adult birthday. We had ages 9-68. The only challenges were the steep stairs and 3 levels(kids didn’t mind it!) and keeping everyone contained to the small patio area )open on both sides) Host was reasonable and very responsive. '

'We had a great 40th birthday trip at the house! It is a great property and hosts are very responsive. There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. However, once the issue was discovered it was resolved - very responsive. We loved the hot tub and walking distance to downtown! '

'Beautiful landscaped property. Space was great but tighter than we prefer. Host was great- responsive, prompt and provided easy check in. He really cares about his home. Home is Close to everything you want to see in the area. '
