'I booked the comfort room with a double & a single bed but only got double. The owner blamed it on Expedia but it’s clearly listed. The room was clean and good location but SO noisy from above til 4am a party? And then arguments…and from 4 the noise came from below, a lot of banging. Not recommended for that reason. '

'We stayed at this property in Rome primarily because of its convenient location near the Colosseum, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The check-in process was extremely frustrating. We waited outside the front door for over an hour while trying to reach the host, and communication was slow and unreliable. We attempted to call twice, but no one answered. We also messaged both phone numbers provided in the check-in instructions, but the numbers appeared to be incorrect....

'Very clean and comfortable room. The breakfast room is always open so one can get a coffee or pastry or fruit any time. Apin, the proprietor, is super friendly, helpful and available. The location was excellent - walkable to the train station. 15 minutes to the Colosseum. Maybe 20 minutes to Trevi. 50 minute walk to Vatican. There is a good restaurant next door and lots of other restaurants and shopping nearby, I was concerned that there was no "reception desk" but Apin provided...
