'When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. '

'Superb location at reasonable price. Easy walk to Montmarte’s glorious sites. Proprietor was responsive, helpful, and friendly. Recommend no more than 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 younger children. '

'für 3 Personen ist das Apartment nicht geeignet. Es gibt nur einen Stuhl zum Sitzen. Das ausziehbare Bett war Defekt sowie eine schlecht gebaute kochnische. Die Schlafcouch war ebenfalls defekt. Das Mobiliar hätte auch vom Sperrmüll sein können. Ebenfalls waren Schimmelflecken im Bad und die weiße Wandfarbe färbt ab wenn man sie berührt. Wir werden dieses Apartment nicht mehr buchen.'

'Heel fijne locatie, gezellig hotel. Ik lag op een éénpersoonskamer die prima in orde was maar deze was vlakbij het onthaal en bijgevolg nogal gehorig. Maar ik had een prima verblijf en zou wel terugkomen.'

'Property was in a great location and the amenities were solid for a couple night stay. Couple of things to be prepared for though. There is no air conditioning or elevator. The stairs up to the units are very narrow, uneven, and spiraled. Thankfully I’m young and in good shape, but I was still very tired after climbing 79 uneven, narrow steps with luggage up the the 4th floor.'
