'Muito bom, atendimento da Viktoriya foi excelente, quarto e banheiros limpos, cama boa, banheiro grande e não é uma banheira o box, água e coca do frigobar eram gratuitos, localização boa perto de um ponto de ônibus e do VLT.
A porta de entrada não é tão evidente, mas exatamente como nas fotos, porta grande de madeira e pra entrar é só clicar no botão com o nome do hotel e depois subir no andar informado.
Não tem atendente 24 hrs, mas você fica com as chaves, bem tranquilo.

'Our stay at the Otivm hotel to celebrate our 15:th wedding anniversary was wonderful! The service was great! Our room with a private terrace was incredible! We couldn’t have found a better location with walking distance to everything. The only thing we didin’t love was the beds, they were rock hard and the breakfast was only ok, BUT, the staff really made an effort to accommodate special dietary needs. We loved it and will definitely come back! '

"Wonderful experience at Best Western Universo! Our stay has been simply perfect. Every morning starts with a delicious breakfast and the best cappuccino, kindly brought to us by Anthony during breakfast. All the staff are incredibly kind and helpful, with a very special thank you to Anthony who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. Our room is beautiful, with a balcony that makes our time in Rome even more special. The hotel is within walking distance of Termini metro station, making it easy to explore all corners of Rome. Today we are looking forward to enjoying the rooftop with its view over the city, and we are sure it will be just as amazing as the rest of our stay. Elke dag kun je gratis water en stuks fruit pakken.
Tegenover het hotel zit een tramhalte, met goede aansluiting om bij alle bezienswaardigheden te komen.
Stille kamers.
Diverse gezellige restaurantjes in de buurt van het hotel.
Bij het zwembad zijn wat zitjes en ligbedden. In drukke periode zijn deze snel vol.
Drankjes bij het zwembad erg duur.
In diverse vorige recensies wordt gesproken over onveilige buurt. Dit valt best wel mee. Er zitten wat zwervers onder het viaduct, maar hier heb je geen last van. Er is in de avond voldoende licht om je veilig te voelen.
Beveiligers staan ook bij de ingang van de poort.
