'I stayed here while starting a new job in the area, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. Everything was thought through, from a welcome gift bag to a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and even laundry supplies. All the appliances were brand new, the furniture was comfortable and well chosen, and it was clear someone set it up as if they were going to live here themselves.The place was spotless, well lit, and in a safe area with plenty of parking. 'Excellent location for parents visiting Bradley University student. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed and bedding. Comfortable couch in the living room. Easy access to the unit, no key to worry about. Just the right amount of messages from the owners. The bathroom baseboard could use a good dusting. The biggest problem was lack of proper drapes to block the incredibly bright security light attached to the building next door and facing the windows in the main living room area. '

'This is our 4th or 5th stay at one of Matthew’s properties and our experience was as we have come to expect. His properties are comfortably furnished, clean, and consistent with their descriptions. We have never needed assistance as there have never been issues with check in or maintenance, but I have no doubt it would be handled quickly and efficiently. When I come home to visit my central IL hometown, I always look for a listing of Mathew’s to use during my stay. '
