'This historic home is nothing fancy, but it's cozy, clean, and well located. I especially liked staying out of my car and walking to U of A, to downtown, and to shops and restaurants in the West University district. 'We really love this little casita which is centrally located to everything. The layout is a little different, but it is very well maintained! This was our first visit to Tucson and spent a lot of time exploring. We enjoyed spending the mornings and evenings in the cozy backyard. The only thing we could recommend is new beds/mattresses - they weren’t as comfortable as we would’ve liked. We do plan on returning in the future and we will be looking to book this casita.'
