'Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. One neighbor has a black goat which talks in the morning. It's very cute. Host (who lives in the main house next door) is very courteous and responds almost...

'Clean'

'This cute space was just enough for our two days in Tucson. (Family of 4) It’s 20 minutes away from convention center/ arena. The kitchen and bathroom has all your basic needs. Everything was clean and organized . Communication with the host was efficient . The couch does fold down into a bed but probably for someone on the smaller side . Stairs going up to the loft bed are steep. Our kids slept downstairs and husband and I slept upstairs . '

'We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! The space was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked with all the items needed to make a 2-week stay comfortable. Notably, the kitchen had everything needed to actually prepare and serve meals: cookware, utensils, dishes, spices, etc. PLUS two ways to prepare coffee!The bathroom was also thoughtfully complete with all neccessities.Small touches throughout made it feel like home. The live orchid and small fountain in the livingroom were fabulous...
