'Arrived to the apartment and it was dirty due to pet hair, had no bedding on the mattress, and no towels. The TV remote was missing and no Fob to enter building, pool, and gym. Reported the conditions and took a whole day just to get me fresh bedding, the fob, and shower towels with no face towels. No fob issued until I kept complaining the 2nd day after we got locked out of the building the first night. 'Place was great - the newly renovated condo made it very comfortable to stay in. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen utensils/plates etc came handy for meals. Similar to other reviews - only issue is parking if you come later at night you have to park across the street which became tedious. Overall would stay again - for the price! For reference, it was about a 10 min drive to downtown Nashville, very accessible with all the fast food as well close by for a late night snack.'
