'The rooms were clean and had complementary water, coffee and tea to prepare. There are stores around so you can buy food and drinks if you miss the restaurant hours. Shower was clean and bed was comfortable. We checked in late as we were just passing by on the way to Melbourne. Perfect place for a quick stop.'

'A fabulous B & B surrounded by beautiful gardens in the heart of Strathalbyn. Joy and Chris are very welcoming and provide comfortable, exceptionally clean guest facilities of a high standard. Lovely linen, towels and toiletries are provided together with ample breakfast provisions, fruit and even chocolate brownies. Highly recommended.'

'We spent two nights in barossa valley and were so glad that we stayed at Country Pleasures. It’s centrally located to all the wineries and only a 10 minutes walk to town. We were also so impressed by the breakfast items offered. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area'

'Longview is what you call a hidden gem. Let's start with the basics. Rooms are spacious. Have a full equipped kitchen. Wifi is free. Room comes with breakfast which is already in the room upon arrival. Egs, bread,Orange Juice, bacon, cheese, milk, cereal, tomatoes. Selection of tea and coffee for in a french press. Shower quality is great, ceiling fan and airco. Little seat in from of your room to have breakfast Not a single bad thing we found about the room. Furthermore, the property...

'Spotless room, effective aircon, working window blinds. Pleasant, simple, nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and overall would happily stay again.'

'Very clean, comfortable bed, nice hot shower. Staff heaps friendly. Warm. The only slight negative is its old, but its clean and comfy, so it doesnt matter. Everything else fine n dandy. Have stayed there numerous times and will again. '
