'My booking was lost, but hotel solved it by giving a room till they solved the problem. It took over an hour to check in.
Restaurant is great, staff did their best. Beijing duck and pleasant wines for an ok budget. House atmo was very pleasant, corridor in cellar to room had unpleasant smell.
Pools had not opened. Kids club was still closed, this I found out locally. No mentioning by booking.

'It is 20 min from Great Wall of China; but around there is no restaurant. We ate restaurant inside hotel, food is good; also breakfast buffet is the best. Staffs are friendly but no English speaking, we used google translator. Great hotel, strongly recommend if you want to go Great Wall of China '
'Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied...
