'Guest Villa Hakone Yumoto 1F is the perfect place to stay while visiting Hakone. It's only a short 5 min to the train station and there's a 7-11 just around the corner about 1 min away. The accomodation itself is super clean and modern and there are so many amenities, you'll have everything you need. There's even a washer/dryer unit inside! It was also fun to sleep on the floor and the mats and pillows are very comfortable. The owner is also quick to respond if ever you have any questions...

We were scared by a giant spider on the bed. It is beyond a normal hygiene problem but constitutes a safety concern for residents.
Nevertheless, most terrifying and disappointing thing is the attitude and response of the property manager. We tried to contact the owner and asked for cleaning the dead...
