'Grand Haven is my 2nd home and Captain's Cottage is my 2nd home. I have stayed here many times and it's always perfect. So clean (without the toxic clean smell), very comfortable and a perfect location to downtown and the lake.'

'Goed hotel. Wel naast US31, geeft wat nachtelijke overlast met verkeer. Nabij mall en voorzieningen. Vergeet michigan adventure niet voor de kinderen!'

'Staff was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. I did not realize we would be in a building not attached to the hotel. So when the kids wanted to swim, we had to walk (in the cold & rain) to and from the main building to get to the pool. Same with breakfast.'

'This was a pet friendly, convenient location for our visit. We had called to get adjoining rooms, which did not get set up. However, the front desk staff was able to shift our rooms & get this accomplished. The room was nice with ample space. There was a door to the outside near our room that needs maintenance. Breakfast & breakfast staff was very nice. Quiet Thurs but noisy Fri night. No surprise.'
