'We had bed bugs. Came down to the desk and showed them photos/videos. They said they’d contact us but never did. Asked to speak to manager and was denied. Stay would’ve been fine and if they resolved things this review could’ve been avoided. Shuttle service was down also.'

Het ligt ook op wandelafstand van bezienswaardigheden en restaurants, al ligt het wel aan een relatief drukke weg en loopt achter het domein een spoorweg (waar niet zo veel treinen langs komen trouwens). 'We ended up getting an upgrade into one of the two bedroom two bathroom pillows due to the renovation on the main hotel. We were pleasantly surprised we felt like we were home. It was so nice so relaxing. Everything was amazing and we could literally walk right across the street to get something to eat at fresh salt or at the choo-choo lounge views of the water at home field by having a full kitchen and laundry felt like a great little mini vacation we’ve been there before and we will be back...

'PVI’s main attraction is its proximity to the ocean right at its doorstep. Beautiful views and plenty of beach to walk makes it an ideal stay destination in RI. The amenities are fairly limited prior to late May, as the heated pool isn’t available and the restaurant/bar is closed some days. Still, the beach area and nearby Westerly, Stonington, and Mystic have plenty of charm to make late April and early May worth the stay.'

'Our room on the 6th floor was loud with neighbors & the seagulls were horrible. Room was not that clean, hair everywhere Yuck-1⭐️ We moved to another room next day, 5th floor. Room was very clean, comfortable & quiet. Staff was very helpful. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'
