'Everything about our 3 night stay in June was great! Check in and check out were easy, the property was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and had a nice assortment of items. The rooms were updated and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!'

'Disgusting. The carpets were filthy, frayed and sticky in areas. The bathroom was not cleaned and there was hair and filth on the back of the toilet. The shower rod was pulled out of the wall and resting on the top of the shower ledge. While showering you had to be careful not to bump the curtain, because the whole rod would fall into the shower on top of you, old dirty shower curtain and all. The back door to the “patio” was stuck shut making the “patio” inaccessible. Not that I would go out...

'Our first room had a terrible odor that was unbearable for me. It smelled to me like cat pee, and the front desk said they didn't allow cats, but that is what it smelled like. It was overwhelming. I asked for a room change, and they finally accommodated us on our second day at check-in time (3 pm). (They stated that the odor was from someone smoking in an adjacent room. Definitely not a smoke odor.) They told me a room number for the second room, but the key card didn't work. Looked at the key...

'Noise from the room above mine started at 11:00 p.m. and went on until 1:00 a.m. Nothing was done about it. TV service is terrible. The guide shows around 40 channels and less than half of them were available - none were anything I wanted to watch. Last year I stayed at the same hotel and had even worse TV problems - only a handful of channels were available. I was promised a $20 refund because of it but never received the money.'

'The hotel was nice and clean. The representative who greeted us upon checkin and checkout was very helpful and friendly. Guests much requests room service daily. I recommend you bring extra towels. Also, recommend you request a receipt upon leaving especially, if you have early checkout. Unfortunately, I will not be considering this hotel for future stay.'

'Staff was really helpful, pool was spotless, walking distance to everything including the beach, we were able to bring our dog with plenty of areas to walk her. Property is a bit dated but kept clean with comfortable rooms.'

'The property was listed as having free continental breakfast- there was no breakfast, only coffee. There was constant noise/ talking in the stairwell through 2.30am. The TV didn’t work, the bathroom sink was not caulked and was held in place by 2x4s. No soap holder in the shower- the bracket was there. Hot water took 4 - 5 minutes to come through. There were no lamps in the room so bright fluorescent lighting or nothing'
