'Could have been cleaner. The pool was dirty and the walls in room were gross.'

'It was clean. Excellent water pressure and hot water in the shower. Walls are paper thin. If you are a sound sleeper in need of a good shower and a decent bed this is your place. But unless you can sleep through hearing every single sound the others guests make maybe you should pay for a better hotel.'

'Management here was just getting the property up to par, but they were nice and provided an extra blanket when requested.'

'Great restaurant and bar but both are closed on Monday and Tuesday. When you book, stipulate that you do NOT want the room (104) next door to the kitchen on the far end of the hotel. An unfortunate location with a forgotten entry area and view of the trash dumpsters. Room was spacious and clean but the location was extremely disappointing and we were put there because other rooms hadnt been cleaned.'

'Restaurant/bar is closed permanently. Our room was not in the main building but in an annex. The room was very dark because our window looked out onto a wall. '

'The pictures that are shown on Expedia’s website must be back from 1960 when the place was maybe new I don’t know when it was established, but I would love to post pictures of what this place looks like now it’s out in the middle of nowhere no security run down disappointed doesn’t capture my feelings had I not been with two other women I would have left the property. I barely slept four hours. My advice don’t go not to this place anyway.'

'A beautiful place to stay. Nice location close to the Santa Fe Plaza, walking distance. Our room was very nice and comfortable, clean, did have problem with the bathroom door, it dragged on the floor due to uneven floor. Staff nice and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and would recommend. '

'The location to the plaza is great. We loved being able to walk to the plaza from the hotel every day such a short distance. The nightly free food and drink was a plus. For families with children it’s great for a limited budget. We love the fact that it’s a pet friendly hotel.'
