'The pool was not open at all during the stay. It was green and had no loungers. Barely any food during breakfast hours. Power went out during the second day of our stay and was not returned. We were given no updates about the power status and had to pack our things at 10pm to find a new hotel. They report we will get a refund for the night we missed… waiting on that.'
