My reservation was lost in the cloud, and after a long drive from MN everyone was exhausted and ready to get to the room! Once everything was figured out they gifted us an upgrade! Can not rave enough about the amazing customer service!'

'The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience.'

'We went for a girls weekend get away. The house was perfect for us. We mainly hung out in the living area. The TV was great for movie night. The bedrooms were nice size, the neighborhood was kid friendly but quiet. The hostess, Jessica, was readily available for my questions or concerns, which weren’t many. I would definitely recommend. '
