'Front desk staff was very helpful, amenities were as advertised. Room was clean and we had a good nights sleep.'

'The outside of the property needs some improvements and sprucing up. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty, turned our feet black. The beds are ok, but not very comfortable. The metal bed frame made loud noise when turning over in the beds. The mattress could defiantly use an upgrade. The reclining chair in the room had a large paint stain and needs cleaned or replaced. And the arm of it was kind of broken. The table between the beds was sticky. The bathtub faucet leaks, doesn't shut off...

When we returned from Kings Island, my son opened our room door without a key card. How long our room and personal property was accessible, I don't know. When I went to the front desk, he immediately came with me to our room and reset the lock with a "watch" on his wrist. 'We had 2 rooms connecting. One room was great and the other not so great. If I had to guess I would say maybe in the middle of renovations or just don't assign the not so good room so often. Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best so I would not plan on it being suitable. Unfortunately, I would choose another location next time.'

'We stayed here for one night, the hotel room was dirty, the carpets are very dirty and the whole place smelt like dirty mop water. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10am but when we went to breakfast at 9:30am most of the hot food items were empty and when we asked the worker if she was going to come out to replace it with more she said no because they are closing soon.
