'We smelled marihuana in the room. At first the reception employee and manager wouldn't give us another room even though we have 3 kids. Only if we would pay 300 dollar per night extra. Concierge was a great guy. Eventually they offered us a clean room without extra cost.'

'Checked in late and they were still very kind and fast. Room was very nice. Good view of downtown Buffalo from our window. Beds were very comfortable. '

'We had a wonderful stay at the White Inn when in town for a family reunion. The historic inn is newly renovated and has many elegant touches and a welcoming staff. The room was luxurious, with a comfortable bed, cozy sitting area, and clean, modern bathroom and shower. Our family also experienced a truly memorable dinner with first-class drinks and entrees in the formal dining room. We will remember this weekend with family for a long time, and we will return for sure.'
