Our only issue was that Expedia quoted the price in USD (since I live in the US) and a few days prior to check in, past the point of free cancellation, the owner messaged me to say they only accept cash and checks and they insisted on a 1.2% exchange rate (even though the current exchange rate is 1.4%) making the cost quite a bit more than I was expecting.'

'We enjoyed a beautiful 2 day stay at Old Ivy Walk. Situated a block from the main street (and an easy stroll to the waterfront), it was perfectly situated to walk everywhere. Modern facilities in a period building. Phil (the proprietor) was very helpful and gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Breakfast is delivered to your room in a box which allowed us to eat outdoors in the very well maintained gardens. We will definitely return.'
