De service bij het Conrad is absoluut perfect, geen vraag is te gek of te lastig. Toch is het Conrad niet helemaal perfect: de kwaliteit van de Internet-aansluiting is ronduit slecht. 'Great hotel. The rooms are in very good condition since the hotel is new. The design of the rooms and of the public areas is really neat. Only the last night the fire alarm sounded and everyone in the hotel was awake. The location is really great. The area has many bars and restaurants and is still very quiet. On walking distance to the more busy Roppongi. '

'We could not have been happier with this hotel. The staff was so attentive, warm and helpful. The way they paid attention to every detail was amazing. Our room was spotless every day. The location is convenient to walk to many areas and a subway station to reach more distant locations. Our room overlooked the park and the Sky Tree, so our view was gorgeous. The coffee was delicious, as was the steak in the fourth floor restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. '

'This was an incredible stay! It is equipped with absolutely everything you might need (clothing iron, fridge, microwave, even a small mop). The room was also spacious and great for a longer trip. Location-wise, it is also pretty central, although right around it there are limited food/bar options. But that is solved by a 10ish minute walk'
