'Bar pricing was a little much'

'Maria’s B&B is located in a cozy house in a peaceful neighborhood. The room and bathroom were nicely decorated and large. The place overall felt really clean also. Breakfast was more than we could’ve dreamt of with Maria preparing homemade muffins and frittata for us. Maria is super friendly and accommodating. We left feeling full and well-rested, would definitely recommend staying here!'

'The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on site and an outdoor deck/patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Water bottles and snacks were in our room, which was a nice surprise. It is in a great location and the close parking garage was a perk! We had some small issues with our door lock, the ceiling fan, and soap dispenser being empty. Overall, we had a nice stay.'

'Loved the room very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on Saturday was very good had live an omelette with cheese in it and sausage as the main hot items very good. Sunday the breakfast was not good the main hot items were impossible sausage which I tried was not good and the other hot item was scrambled eggs that were watery. The only thing about the room I’d like added is a hook outside the shower for a towel I had to place my towel on the back...

'Was expecting a normal sized microwave, one of the shades was broken, low water pressure, body wash was out, more storage to hang up clothes. It was a very good deal and we did enjoy our stay.'

'Dust bunnies everywhere, random blood stain on upstairs bed and the whole bathroom upstairs leaks water bad. It started storming on the 4th of July so we came back to the condo finding it raining in the upstairs bathroom that got all of are items soaked that was in the restroom. This could be a good place of fixed up and someone actually took care of it before someone arrives.'

After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits.
