'Had a great time everyone enjoy the Waterpark, room were nice and staff nice and helpful every friendly. Would have been nice if you had a way of notification when there was activity going on we missed stories,could you have a list of times and activity some were so kids could go to them .'

For example, when Expedia messed up the reservation, the staff member helped me fix everything with minimal headache. 'Great stay... check in was fast and very friendly.The entire hotel has been remodeled and our room was very clean and in great shape. They also have a free shuttle to and from King's Island. Breakfast was nice and had eggs, sausage, biscuits as well as cereal and waffles. Different breads, muffins and bagels along with several juice choices. We used to stay here all the time when it was a different name but it started going down hill and we stopped...we WILL be back again.'

'Everything was great! When walking in, it smells great, check in was easy even with the credit card machine issue. They were very apologetic for this. The breakfast had lots of options and refilled when getting low. While out, housekeeping came in and refreshed our towels and made our bed with our pillows and blankets that we brought with us and made it special just for us!'
