The staff when checked out was completely ignoring me was too busy on his phone to pay attention to me standing there to ask a question and check out. Room had stinky stuff on the stand and had blood stain or something on the bed sheets. Rooms are outdated but worked for what we needed for a quick stay.'

'We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We booked our trip through Expedia for a relative's wedding. Upon arrival the hotel claimed to never receive the funds from Expedia and forced us to pay them directly at a higher rate than Expedia. Went back and forth with the staff and Expedia support. Whole trip was ruined. Expedia came through in the long run and refunded our original price. Hotel staff barely spoke english and hardly answered the phones when Expedia would call to resolve the...

'Arrived - at 4:30 pm on a Saturday - nobody present at reception desk - no "right back" sign on desk - walked around a bit, knocked on Office door (no response) - an individual in blue jeans eventually came down hallway - checked me in (no recognition of Hilton Membership or anything. Room was fine (nothing to write home about) - however, it was right across from dining area (which I did not appreciate at 6:30 am Sunday listening to screaming baby being fed. Room 110 should be LAST room assigned...
