'The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding.'

'Pros- The lobby was immaculate and the guest services were awesome. Decent bar selection if you want a night cap. Friendly guest services helped out as much as possible. Cons- super thin walls, you will hear all thumps and bumps through the night. Including outside traffic with it being as close kings island. Room still had a couch full of crumbs on sofa so made us weary of cleaning tactics. Decent hotel, but would recommend one a bit further honestly'

'In my side, was everything OK?'

'There was a deadbolt, but no latch lock on the door. We had to call down to the front desk to get hot water and there was no extra roll of toilet paper when ours was almost out. We checked at the front desk and she said "you want me to do this?" We ended up buying a roll at a local store, but did get one from the maid service later. Breakfast was limited, but ok.'
