'Friendly staff, clean environment, good restaurant. The room was clean. No negative issues other than I prepaid for 2 breakfasts and they were only good for one day each. We missed the first day's breakfast and asked for a refund for that breakfast and was told it could not be refunded.'

'The fridge didn’t work and had a bad smell. Housekeeping knocked twice though the do not disturb sign was right on the door.'

'Property and the rooms are architecturally impressive and well maintained. Front desk staff with one exception were very unprofessional. We arrived after 11 pm and were told to sit in reception for 1/2 hour due to a “software glitch”- in reality (this was later admitted) the hotel was overbooked. Rather than admitting this the staff at that time put us in a 78 degree room where the AC did not and apparently could not work. We were offered a room with only one bed or fans in the room (by this...
