'Big issue of early morning construction in the room directly above us. Saturday and Sunday should not be a remodeling day. Not enough towels and was cloths in our room, request for more never happened, so I had to go out to the desk in the lobby. No one answers the front desk phone when called from our room. Workout room dirty. The wedding we were there for was beautiful'

'Not handicap friendly in any way. 2 handicap parking spots for entire property. 1at resort and one at golf area. One at resort taken up alot iof time by valet staff with cars with no placard or license plate. Lots of hills, steps. They charge extra $35 per day to use "amenities" which are down hills, steps and poorly maintained. View is beautiful but everything else needs work.'

'Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. '

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'We do NOT have indoor pets! We all enjoyed the stay. Had a little issue with heat in both houses first night, but we worked out the issues. '
