'The breakfast could be better. The eggs aren’t great. They don’t have coffee creamer. The beds hurt our necks and backs. The doors in our room were hard to open and close, and our light switches weren’t working properly. Other than that, we liked the front desk employee's they were so nice, and the cleanliness of the place. The washer and dryer facility helped us a lot as well.'

'This was our third time staying at this particular hotel. Overall, we generally enjoy our stays while visiting Louisville. The staff is awesome, Karen at the front desk is absolutely fantastic. I had the pleasure of conversing with her during my last two trips. Good breakfast, plenty of seating and relatively close to plenty of food and shopping options. However, this visitor our room was not clean and despite bringing it to the attention of the front desk twice, it still was not cleaned prior...

'Eihenlijk was alles perfect. Vooral de grote van ons penthouse was fenomenaal. Ook de voorzieningen in ons penthouse waren meer dan voldoende. Het enige aspect dat voor ons minder was, is het ontbijt. Maar van de andere kant was dit ook typisch amerikaans en moet je in amerika geen hard broodje met een croissant verwachten. Verder een 10 met een griffel.'

'The room I stayed in - "extra lock" on the door, did not lock all the way. I did not like that the maintenace could not fix it until Monday. In my opinion if housekeeping is available then mainteance should be available as well. That needs to be changed ASAP!!!'

'Loved our stay at the Button Burrow. Communication with the host was great. The place was exactly as described—don’t forget about that secret room. When I first arrived, I looked everywhere for the two other beds the listing mentioned and thought I made a mistake. Nope! One bedroom is hidden :)'
