'They let me store my luggage the day I checked in early so I didn't have to drag it along all day. After I checked out my flight was cancelled and they let me store it again no charge for 8 hrs or more. They are very accommodating to your needs as well. Very friendly service clean room. I would definitely stay again if I'm out here. '

'We liked the hotel very much. There was a problem leaving on the last day. We were on the second floor and checked out in the morning. When we tried to get the elevator, it turns out everyone was leaving with their suitcases at the same time. The very small and very slow elevator could not accommodate everyone. We waited and had to let 5 full elevator trips pass us before there was a trip that we could squeeze onto.'

'Hotel ligt op goede locatie om downtown Seattle te bezoeken en heeft een gezellige lounge/bar. Wel wordt bij het inchecken medegedeeld dat er geen kamerservice is. We verbleven 3 nachten en geen enkele dag is iets opgeruimd of schoongemaakt. '
