'No hot water. Toilet stopped flushing after day 2, thankfully we were leaving.'

'Staff was amazing, made the stay that much better….Got the speak with the GM, he helped with an issue I had….'

'Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!'

'breakfast was rather sparse, not many choices, and the service at the fromnt desk was great when I came, but then my card stopped working, and when I had to go to the desk therewas no one there. They sseem to be understaffed. Twice I waited 15-20 minutes just to get my card to my room re-activated. The room istself was cleand and staff friendly but those wait times..........terrible.'

'Breakfast was very well done. The staff doing breakfast was very nice and knew peoples names which was very nice to hear. The room was clean. My coffee pot didnt work and they changed it out but that one didnt work either. They were helpful but after the 2nd coffee pot it was not worth the headache. It was a safe location and convenient for where I was going.'

'Great place. Awesome staff.. Could use some maintenance on broken laundry machines and vending machine though.'
