'Lady at the front desk was super nice. Hotel is kinda dingy. Room had stains on walls, dirty shower curtain and one of the bed sheets was not changed. Bed was made but pillows and sheets were wrinkled and inside , there were body hairs everywhere! We were on the 4th floor but we could hear everything going on outside. It was too noisy!'

'I booked a getaway from home to enjoy a summer day at this hotel. I specifically booked this hotel for the spa and location. Upon arriving the spa was under maintenance and not able to use. The whole time I thought I’d be able to relax while my kids could swim and unfortunately I was not able to. Lastly, in the morning our lights went out early morning. We were not able to shower or get ready upon leaving. We did not hear anything from the staff for apologies. Our family night now was not...
