'The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

'The staff was very friendly at check in. Our room was old with parts of the ceiling literally cracked and crumbling. Our TV didn’t work. Our toilet wouldn’t flush and it took 24 hrs for them to get someone to our room to fix it.'

'Lights don't turn off under cabinets and light in kitchen has a motion sensor. Not great for sleep.'
