'This property never disappoints. Always clean, large rooms, and great staff. Only drawback is the crowded breakfast and manager's reception, but that's not the hotel's fault.'

'The sheets on the bed weren’t really that clean. The room was maintained well. The pool outside was also not maintained well but it had been raining so maybe that’s why. Overall it was an okay stay, the staff were super sweet when checking in! Lovely ladies! Thank you!'

'Everything from room service staff to the amazing lady at the bistro. Were amazing. Sergio was probably the best manager I have met so far. We like the place so much so that upon our weekly or so return we will only stay here. We would highly recommend this to all of our friends traveling to San Antonio. Thanks very much you guys.'

'Elevator wasn’t working and my 77yr old grandma had to climb flights of stairs and the shower had no hot water and when we called the front desk they said they’d “write it” in the notes. Didn’t fix that we couldn’t shower. Paying full price was ridiculous.'
