'Most of the staff were great except the desk clerk onThursday evening. She was quite rude even though I only asked for towels. She made me feels as if I was bothering her. All the other desk clerks were amazing! They were friendly and helpful. Even the maintenance man had superior customer service.'

'Booked for 2 nights and we couldn’t be more pleased. Staff always had a smile on their face , friendly, professional and helpful. Our room looked and smell cleaned. Our rate included breakfast and dinner plus 3 free drinks. We plan on booking the same room next time we’re in town.'

'The air conditioning is why I rate it at a 5. It was nice and cold. The room was the right size and I loved that it had a little lounge and table. The pool was a plus as well. After 10 p.m. we were able to sit in the pool area patio with our own drinks (beer). We weren’t rushed or given a time limit. We stayed up well after midnight. In addition, there’s a coffee shop and Burger boy in walking distance.'
