'No 24 fitness center and the bathroom was not clean'

'Our shower leaked and left a huge puddle on the bathroom floor. The lights turned themselves off at awkward times. There was no chair or bench or desk in the room. While the lobby is beautiful, the staff quite pleasant, and the rooms nicely decorated and very clean, the amenities are lacking and the maintenance leaves a lot of room for improvement. 'Don’t book this place based on the photos. While yes it is pretty and overall 7/10. The photos make it look much much nicer. Pool. 4th of July weekend and they only had pool service for 3-4 hours. The pool is tiny. The food is ok but for 50-60/person it wasn’t that great. Room was comfortable but definitely older.'
