'Pleasant stay. Clean room. A not too loud alarm did disturb our sleep a little but it must have been nothing untoward? - fire regulations said to wait in bedroom until otherwise advised... fortunately no such advice was forthcoming!'

'You have to walk on the road to get to reception from the car park as there was a sign saying staff only from the covered area to the bar . check in is at the bar ,no dedicated reception . 'Net overgenomen door nieuwe eigenaars. Er waren wat logistieke issues, maar alles is uitstekend opeglost. Sommige kamers boven de 3 eeuwen oude pub, sommige kamers aangrenzend. Lekker ontbijt. '

'Classic British experience - love the pub and inn together - that way, you don't need much in the rooms themselves, cause you are downstairs having a drink , great food and a chat with other travelers - really was a brilliant experience.'

'Check in was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and polite, even moved me from a room in the inn to an annexe room so I could be away from noise from bar. Also had a very good breakfast which is extra but excellent value for money. Definitely recommend it hotel and breakfast.'
