'I have mixed feelings about this place. It looks exactly as it is pictured which was great, but it was not as clean as it should’ve been. When we first arrived, the bathroom had a strong smell of urine. There were crumbs all over the coffee table and in the leather chair. We got 3 towels, but only one wash cloth. When I asked for more wash cloths, it was not guaranteed, which ended up being that we did not get them. On top of that, one of the towels had makeup stains on it, so I’m not super sure...

'Overall, our stay was very nice! The rooms were very tidy, clean, and spacious. The bathroom had plenty of counter space and a good sized bath. However, the check-in staff was passive, almost unapproachable. Additionally, the room wasn’t checked on during the day (while we were out), leaving behind trash and dirty towels. There were also some broken components in the shower. The standing rod was loose from the wall, and the shower curtain was broken in a few places resulting in sharp, medal...
