'Front desk overnight was terrible. He completely ignored me to finish his game on his phone. Bed sheets and blanket were dirty and when you asked the front desk for help he said he had no access to clean linen. Then when we asked for a late check out the morning guy told us flat out no because housekeeping would yell at him.'
