We were warm & cozy listening to it. Great location - close to the river walk, rafting and Tahoe City. Yet not to close. Quiet peaceful location. '

'Amazing stay. Loved being water front! Everyone goes and sets up their chairs and umbrellas as soon as they arrive and leaves them overnight, so keep that in mind and set up your gear when you get there '

'This house was awesome for our family of 7. Plenty of sleep space, the kitchen has everything stocked so for our big meals we needed nothing. The beach being a walking distance was a major plus Since there’s no close parking for the beach! We seriously had a great vaycay full of fun memories! '
