'Our stay in this condo was great! - Check-in was seamless!- Comfortable home (with parking!), stocked with all that you'll need. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas to use. - Location was perfect. Beach right in front! Belmont Park is walkable in under 15 minutes, and restaurants such as Moe's and The Mission Cafe are conveniently located around the corner. - Most of all, Mary was so welcoming and responsive! We can't wait to return to SD and stay here again!'

I will say, the check in process has quite a few steps and the instructions are as good as they're going to get, but you do have to pay attention to details. Also, it is not set up to have people over, as there is lots of notice to not be noisy which was hard with older kids, but would be great if you wanted something quiet...
