'4th year we brought kids, grand and great to Mission beach and this was the best house by far!! Pots, pans, dishes were a huge plus. The wife and I are amazed at how many people do not properly "outfit" the kitchen for large parties. This property had both plenty and good quality pans. 'The property was great. It has nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms. We have traveled to multiple cities in multiple states for this event each year, and this is the most bedrooms I have ever found in one house. NXT was communicative leading up to the stay, and they replied promptly with any questions or request that we had. Additionally, a property manager met us at the house to show us around at the beginning of our stay. They were excellent.'
