'Great location '

'This little rental is one of 3 on the property. There are some steep stairs if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We stayed on the second floor. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked sufficiently to prep our own meals. We could easily walk to the beach access (maybe 1/4 mile?) we had access to a fenced yard and there was on-site parking. For this price point I think this rental shows a lot of effort to create a comfortable space on a budget. I would stay here again if I needed a cost...

'Small but clean two bedroom. Tiny kitchen and bathroom. There are four units in the rental complex, which we did not realize. A lot of traffic, people checking in and out. Outdoor space on top of construction and port a potty next door. Long walk to beach.'

'The apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortable. There are tvs in all the rooms, which is a terrific amenity. And the close proximity to Vanderbilt beach is amazing! The couch is super comfortable for relaxing.The few negatives are the 1. walking noise from the upstairs residents. 2. There is a very bright house light outside of the primary bedroom window that the older shade didn’t block out. Just a set of light blocking curtains would solve this, 3. the sheets could use an upgrade to...
