Vind je ideale hotel in North Pullman

'There were stains on the carpet and where the thermostat was an awful smell coming from that area-like musty smelling. We stayed and paid premium rate for a firework view and while I know they can’t control the weather, I reached out to see if they would be willing to credit something toward a future stay so we could enjoy the experience. Not even an acknowledgment of our disappointment or receipt of our email. Disappointed in the whole situation.'

'Skip this hotel. Their deadlocks do not work on ANY hotel doors and the staff is aware and still checking people in. They apologized and told me to use the latch. So unsafe. I got a full refund and booked elsewhere.'

'We enjoyed out short stay at the Freehand in Chicago. We were originally placed in a room on the 17th floor. However, the air conditioning wasn't working so they quickly moved us to another quad room on the 4th floor. The space worked great for my family of 4 adults. We also enjoyed talking with Selma at the bar while watching World Cup games.'

The lobby is stunning, and the corridors feel like they transport you to a different era, with elegant marble floors… It could easily be a museum. 'Great stay and friendly staff!'

'Het allerbeste aan het hotel is de ligging; zicht op het meer en pal in het midden tussen het aquarium en millennium park. Wel een beetje vergane glorie maar netjes en proper voor wie gewoon een slaapplek wil.'

'Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel. L'endroit est idéal pour les familles, nous avons appréciés le billard, la possibilité d'acheter de quoi déjeuner et surtout la possibilité de manger dans l'espace du rez-de-chaussée. Le personnel est très aimable. Nous voyageons souvent dans les chaines de ce groupe et nous apprécions particulièrement. Nous recommandons cet hôtel. Si vous allez voir des matchs de basket, il y a une ligne de bus qui revient directement au bout de la rue. Idéal!'

'too much noise street'

'Paid for the room through booking and only had to pay about 40 dollars when I would get there. Turned out I had to pay an extra 240 dollars! No coffee in the room, no plug for the bath. Wouldn't go there again.'
