'Check in procedure was a pain. There is no employee in the front lobby at night. The man before me was told to go to a hotel down the street to check in at this hotel. 'Great atmosphere and close to our softball tourney'

'The property is under renovation and we were not informed of this. No restaurant in the hotel, the "breakfast room" was make-shift. We opted out of breakfast because of this. In room coffee options need better attention and updates. Mine were tea instead of coffee. these things are understandable considering the remodel, however it would have been good to know this ahead of time.'
