'The property was clean, well presented, and exactly what we needed for our two-night stay. Access to the property was easy, and we were very happy overall. The only small challenge was during the initial sign-up process, which required providing quite a lot of information over and above to what has already been provided to Bookabach, better integration with Bookabach would improve this experience.'

The manager, The Stay Hub, has a cumbersome and time-wasting booking process involving sending photos of person booking and credit card plus proof of payment. Takes ages to complete. They also said we damaged one of the blinds which we noticed was already damaged but presumed they knew. Lost the damage bond. Could be a hoax. No heating for a cold apartment on bottom story of house and no TV reception'

'This is a stunning apartment in a great location. I loved watching the ferries come and go! The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was FABULOUS. High marks for communication from the owner: it was impeccable. The process for getting the key and finding the (included free!) parking spot was complicated, but the directions were crystal clear and spot on. I really appreciated that.
