'Super hotel. De kamer was heel comfortabel en het ontbijt absoluut heerlijk en gevarieerd. Het zwembad was wel aan de koude kant, vooral de 2e avond. De ligging van het hotel is prima. 15 min lopen naar het strand en naar het station. Vanaf dit station konden we rechtstreeks naar centrum Boston gaan. Ook handig in het hotel: de was- en droogmachines. '

'Looks nice on the outside but old on the inside. You can not make use of the gym. We were not told at checkin so we were there in vain. This is to outdated and to expensive. '

'I liked the airport shuttle service. The room was not cleaned and towels were changed in a strange way. The first night I was alarmed at 6 AM in the morning by the noise, house keeping was making in the hall. I liked the gym very much. The use of plastic cutlery at breakfast is rather poor. '

'Overall it was a nice stay at The Cove. Location was great for those of us not wanting to be right in noisy downtown. About 25 minute walk, and 5-7 minute drive to the heart of Salem. Room was clean, decor and styling was nice, and it was fairly quiet. The only negatives I have are that one day our room was only half done room service wise for some reason, and the original lady who checked me in wasn’t overly friendly. Not rude, but not nearly as helpful or friendly as the other guy that was...
